Quantity:

To avoid returns or running out of wallpaper during installation, we strongly recommend getting advice from a qualified decorator to help you order the correct quantity of wallpaper. It is important to understand that wallpapers are printed in batches, and whilst crafting high-quality products is of great importance to us, a slight shift in colour may occur for each batch during manufacture. Therefore make sure that you order all the rolls you’ll need in one go. If you have any doubt about the required quantity please get in touch with us before placing your order. 

 

Hanging: 

Before hanging your wallpaper, please refer to the application instructions that come with your wallpaper. All our wallpapers are paste the wall wallpapers: Apply a good quality, solvent-free ready mixed wallpaper paste directly to the walls. Sample:

We recommend ordering a sample of the wallpaper you are interested in before making your final purchase. Colours and pattern dimensions may appear to be different on screen.

Environmental Friendly:

It is of great importance to us that our wallpaper collections embrace eco-friendly production and are crafted with care for the environment. All our wallpapers are sustainably manufactured by a British mill using water-based, environmentally friendly ink. To ensure conscientious production practices, we do not support the production of vinyl wallpapers (PVC plastic) due to their harmful emissions. All our wallpapers are made of PVC-free, high-quality non-woven substrates from controlled sources and have a significantly lower carbon footprint than vinyl wallpapers.

 

Small Batch Production:

By crafting our wallpapers in small batches and having the majority of the papers printed to order, we ensure that every piece is thoughtfully made, avoiding excess production and minimizing environmental impact. This approach allows us to deliver high quality while staying true to our values of sustainability and responsibility.

Lead Time:

In our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we take pride in small-batch production to avoid creating more than is needed. We, therefore have most of our wallpapers printed to order and only keep a small amount of stock. Getting the wallpaper printed exclusively for you can take up to 3-4 weeks. If you need the wallpaper sooner, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if we have stock available for faster dispatch.

 

Delivery:

We offer FREE delivery within the UK. Delivery costs for international orders (EU and overseas) are calculated at checkout. 

 

Returns: 

Unlike other wallpaper brands, we accept returns of leftover rolls and do not charge re-stocking fees. We understand that refurbishing and decorating your child's room can take longer than anticipated. We therefore offer that unused wallpaper rolls can be sent back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that unless the wallpaper is agreed to be faulty, wallpaper rolls can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and the original transparent wrapping foil has not been removed. Find further details on delivery & returns here.
